We recommend washing your jeans in cold water and turning them inside out. Use a gentle cycle with a mild detergent. Avoid bleach and heat. While the jeans can be placed in a washer and dryer, we do not recommend doing so, as it may cause shrinkage and damage to the embroidery over time. Hang dry for best results, as this helps preserve the quality, color, and fit of your jeans. If needed, you may iron them on a low setting.

We want you to feel confident in your purchase, so please review this policy carefully before placing an order. All sales are final, and once an order has been delivered and opened, we do not accept returns, size exchanges, or refunds. Customers are fully responsible for selecting the correct size at checkout, and we cannot change sizing after an order has been shipped or opened; incorrect sizing selected by the customer is not eligible for a return, exchange, store credit, or refund. Exceptions are reviewed only if the item arrives damaged or defective, or if an incorrect item or size was sent due to our error. If either applies, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and original packaging, as each case will be investigated before a resolution is provided. If an issue is confirmed to be caused by us, we may issue a replacement at no additional cost, and if a replacement is unavailable, store credit or a refund may be issued at our discretion. Refunds are only issued when the error is caused by us and cannot be resolved with a replacement, and will not be provided for customer sizing errors, changes of mind, or opened items.

We produce a limited number of jeans per release, with quantities varying over time. Certain styles may be discontinued once production ends, ensuring each piece maintains its unique rarity. This approach allows every wearer to own something distinctive and express their individual sense of style.
