  • All DUSKEN embroideries, artwork, denim designs, and product constructions are patented and legally protected intellectual property.

Any reproduction, imitation, or unauthorized use of our designs is strictly forbidden.

Violations may result in:

  • cease and desist action

  • product seizure

  • legal claims for damages

DUSKEN reserves full rights to enforce its IP protections without notice.

Brand Image & Content Usage

To protect the integrity of our identity, DUSKEN products may not be used in:

  • sensitive or controversial content

  • Videos, posts, or media that conflict with our brand values

  • Any context that misrepresents the creators or origin of the product

DUSKEN must always be credited, tagged, and represented accurately.

Removing, hiding, or altering the DUSKEN name, embroidery, or identifiers is strictly prohibited.

Customization & Alterations

DUSKEN does not support:

  • unauthorized customizations

  • De‑branding or removing our embroidery

  • Adding sensitive, offensive, or misaligned imagery to our denim

  • Modifying the jeans in ways that distort the original artistic intent

These actions violate our brand identity and disrespect the creators’ work.

Authenticity Requirements

Every pair of DUSKEN jeans comes with:

  • An authenticity tag

  • Official DUSKEN packaging

  • Verified brand identifiers

Any product missing these elements may be considered counterfeit.

Enforcement & Consequences

Failure to follow DUSKEN’s brand policies may result in:

  • Blacklist from future purchases

  • Cease and desist letters

  • Legal action for brand damage

  • Recovery of the product to prevent public misuse

If DUSKEN determines that an action is harmful, misleading, or destructive to the brand, we reserve the right to pursue compensation for damages.

Brand Image Compensation

If DUSKEN’s brand image is harmed through misuse, alteration, misrepresentation, or unauthorized content, the brand may seek:

  • Financial compensation

  • Public correction or removal of content

  • Return of the product

  • Legal remedies
